Claudia Schmitt
Dental assistant. MS. Schmitt has been part of the team from the very start of our practice in January 1992. She is the head of the accounting- and billing department and organises the administration of the practice.
MS. Schmitt is the main contact for any questions related to cost estimates, invoices and reimbursement by health insurances.
Andrea Besant
Dental assistant. Part of the team since March 2019, she is mainly responsible for general administration, accounting and costs estimates and is therefore one of your contacts for any query regarding these subjects. Apart from that Mrs. Besant helps at our reception.
Sandra Hoff
Dental assistant; joined the team in April 2000. From 01.03.2017 mainly responsible at our reception. She also enters treatment details into the computer, contributes to all tasks of regular administration and settles up the perio- and nite-guard treatments.
Rita Schäfer
Dental assistant; with us since February 2017. Assists in operations as well as treatment chair and also takes a position at our pracitice reception. Co-responsible for settling up our perio- and nite-guard treatments and entering treatment details into the computer.
Janine Bauer
Dental assistant; joined our practice team in March 2023. Ms. Bauer works in the reception- and administration area. She is in charge of the registration desk, enters services into the computer system, writes cost estimates and prepares invoices for all dental services.
Anette Gundlach
Dental hygienist. Joined our practice in October 1994. Responsible for everything related to the subjects of prophylaxis, oral hygiene and pre-periodontal treatments. Your contact for questions regarding the esthetical improvement of your teeth, in particular various bleaching methods. Provides consultations on dental restorations with the help of the intra-oral camera and advises patients about the products in our Dental Shop.
Carolin Hotic
Dental prophylaxis assistant; with us since August 1998 she assists in operations as well as treatment chair. Other areas include participation in the dental hygiene section; in particular professional tooth cleanings, prophylaxis sessions for kids and teenagers, preparation for perio treatments and bleachings. She also advises patients about the products in our Dental Shop. Mrs. Hotic is responsible for monitoring sterilisation and disinfection procedures after her training to become a sterilization manageress. She looks after the practice`s Facebook Site and fills it with life.
Edeltraud Prenissl
Dental prophylaxis assistant. Joined the team in July 2003. She offers her experience in dental hygiene sessions (also for kids and teenagers), pre-periodontal treatments and bleachings. Mrs. Prenissl advises patients about the products in our Dental Shop and helps with the implementation of the practice`s quality management.
Katja Fleck
Dental prophylaxis assistant. Part of the team since September 2016. Her field of expertise is the assistance in operations and treatment chair, as well as dental hygiene sessions, that involve professional tooth cleanings, pre-perio treatments and prophylaxis sessions for kids and teenagers. On top of that responsible for the management of dental surgical consumables.
Manuela Hirsch
Dental prophylaxis assistant; part of our practice team since October 2021. Ms. Hirsch helps with operation- and treatment chair assistance. She also works as a specialist in the dental hygiene department, where she carries out professional dental cleanings, prophylaxis sessions for children and teenagers, pre-periodontal treatment and tooth whitening (bleaching).
Yvonne Horeth
Dental assistant. Joined the team in 2008. She is our practice manageress and as such mainly responsible for all organizational matters, like for instance the staff disposition for the shift system, as well as holiday replacements. In the treatment rooms she assists in all kinds of surgical and general dental procedures.
Claudia Peters
Dental assistant. On board since 2005. Specialises in operation and chair assistance. Monitors the functionality of all technical equipment and takes care of their maintenance. Mainly responsible for the controlling and implementation of the quality management in our practice.
Martina Orth-Hellbach
Dental assistant. On board since April 2014. Specialises in chair and operation assistance. She is also mainly responsible for the management of all the rotating instruments and carries out the constancy tests of our various X-Ray units to ensure lasting high quality of the exposures.
Renate Osadnik
Dental assistant. With us since October 2007 she focuses on chair and operation assistance.
Kerstin Hellmeister-Maus
Dental assistant. Strengthens our team since April 2022. Her field of expertise is the operation- and treatment chair assistance. In addition, she monitors the provision of the surgical instruments and – in her position as a radiation protection officer - she is co-responsible for the functional controls of our X-ray units. Ms. Hellmeister-Maus is also responsible for the control of the emergency instruments and the defibrillator.
Janina Laufer
Joined the team in March 2022 as a dental assistant. She does chair and operating theatre assistance. She also takes care of the material management in general and in particular is responsible for ordering and managing surgical consumables, such as implants.
Manal Ghabbour
Dental assistant. Joined us in September 2022 and helps with operation- and treatment chair assistance.
Michaela Hauer
Dental assistant.
back in our practice team since September 2023. She assists in the operating theater and at the treatment chair and manages the care and maintenance of our dental instruments and surgical/implant tools.
She also works at the reception desk of our practice.
